Jeremy Joslin practices emergency medicine with a particular focus on EMS, disaster response, and wilderness and austere care — the settings where medicine has to work with limited resources, under pressure, and away from the comforts of a fully staffed hospital.
He has led at the executive level as a Chief Medical Officer and as a Clinical Operations Officer, giving him a firsthand command of how care is governed, staffed, and financed. Alongside clinical work, he leads and advises on the operational and financial side of hospital medicine, reviews cases as an expert witness, consults, and builds tools that bring AI and large language models into clinical and educational use.
